PayNova LLC is a Washington State registered merchant services and technology brokerage. We sit between business owners and the hardware, software, and processing options available to them, and our job is to make that landscape legible.

Most merchants never see a straight answer about their statement. Rates get bundled, equipment gets leased, and the terms that matter sit three pages deep. We start from the opposite end: what the business actually does at the counter, what it needs the technology to handle, and what the arrangement costs in plain numbers.

PayNova was founded by people who have built merchant portfolios, managed agent networks, and deployed point of sale systems in the field. That experience is why the company was built as a broker rather than another reseller with one product to push.
